Blister Packs

Pill packs are a great way to ensure you're taking all your medications at appropriate times of day and grouped in the safest and most effective way. Don't let organizing your medications overwhelm you when we're able to take that off your plate!

To get started with your blister packs please give us a call or stop in at the pharmacy. We'll talk to you about which medications & supplements you'd like us to include in your packs and ask what time(s) of day you take those medications. If you have medication/supplement supply at home we ask that you keep at least 5 days with you, then you can bring the remaining supply to us to use in your pill packs.

There's no age limit and there's no prescription quantity too little or too great - if you're interested in blister packs we'll make it happen for you.

FAQ's About Pill Packs

These are some of our most commonly asked questions about blister packs - if you don't find the answer to your own question here please inquire with us in store or by calling 902-535-3196

It there a fee to blister pack?

Nope - there are no additional fees required! You'd pay the same amount for 28 days worth of your medications whether they're in blister packs or not.

Do I have to call in for refills every month?

As long as you have active prescriptions with refills on file we will automatically bill and prepare your pill packs each month.

What if my medications/doses change?

We ask that you bring in your at-home supply of pill packs minus 1 full days worth of medication. This way while we're working on updating your pill packs you won't miss any doses.

In some scenarios (like a hospital discharge or if your packs were already due to be filled again) we will make up a fresh set of packs for you so they'll be ready when you come in. We will still ask that you bring in your at-home pill pack cards so we can update those and reduce 'wasted'medications
